In a day where families constantly struggle, we choose to place great emphasis on the family. Where love is felt, the message is heard. Our prayer is that our families feel the love and encouragement from church family. We understand that our “Church Family” is only as strong as the families that make her up.
I cannot express how excited I am to be the Pastor at Maranatha Baptist Church! I truly love these people and look forward to serving along side them for years to come. My family joined Maranatha when I was a teenager. After high school God called me to preach. I attended Bible college for four years all while traveling back to Maranatha on the weekends to be a help to the church. The people here were such an encouragement to me during those years of my life. In 2008 I married Kindra Estus. I thank God for a good, godly, hard-working and compassionate wife. In August 2008, we moved to Sheridan, Michigan to serve as Youth Pastor. In 2010 we moved back to Somerset to be Assistant Pastor for Bro. Noah Broughton at Saline Baptist Church. In 2014 I was called to be the pastor at Maranatha. It is amazing to see how God has brought us back to Maranatha Baptist Church. We have three boys; Preston, Clark and Easton. There is no place in the world I would rather minister and raise my children.
I want to personally invite you to join us for a service. We love visitors here at Maranatha. We have Bible study classes for all ages, a wonderful group of youth, Wednesday night Master Clubs for young people and plenty of opportunity to fellowship with other followers of Jesus Christ.
